Parklane Views is a 14-storey residential development that is currently under construction in Dubai South. The project is being developed by Dubai South Developer and construction of the complex started in September 2017. The architectural design was implemented by Mimar Emirates Engineering Consultants.

As of now, the community does not have direct access to public transportation, so residents are advised to travel by personal vehicle and taxi. The complex is located near Expo Road, which provides easy access to other parts of the emirate.
