Central Park Towers

Central Park (Arady Towers) is a complex consisting of two separate buildings: the Central Park Residential Tower and the Central Park Office Tower. Central Park is located in the DIFC area.

Construction on the project began in 2007 and was completed in 2015. The architect was Hopkins Architects Ltd, and Deyaar Development and Dubai Properties Group implemented the project.

Central Park (Arady Towers) offers studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and studios. Units come with reserved parking on the tower’s basement floor. Studios and one-bedroom apartments get one parking space, and two-bedroom apartments get two spaces.

The size of a penthouse is 604 sq. m. (6,500 sq. ft.), and the size of a two-level, three-bedroom apartment is 232 sq. m. (2,500 sq. ft.). All apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of DIFC, Zabeel Park, and Jumeirah. Central Park amenities include a gym and swimming pools.

The Central Park Residential Tower has 48 floors, and the Central Park Office Tower has 51 floors. Both towers are connected by a landscaped podium area. The residential tower has 426 units including one, two and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses and studios. The office tower has 82,871 sq. m. (8,925 sq. ft.) of leasable office space.
