About the Development
Arabian Ranches Golf Homes is a luxury project from the developer Emaar Properties. It is a small neighborhood of 18 free standing villas. Located in the Arabian Ranches community in DubaiLand, it was commissioned in 2018.
The villas are designed in an Andalusian style. There are 5,6,and 7-bedroom units to choose from. Each mansion has its own adjacent plot with a swimming pool, barbecue area, lounge area, and landscaped garden.
Golf Homes is located next to the Arabian Ranches Golf Club. There is a restaurant, spa and relaxation area here.

- IMG World of Adventure theme park is 15 minutes away.
In the vicinity of Arabian Ranches are Smart Start Kindergarten, and Emirates British Nursery. As well as the English language comprehensive schools, GEMS Metropole School, Jumeirah English Speaking school, and Ranches Primary School.
