The developers of the project, whose construction began in 2018, are Sobha Realty in partnership with PNC Architects. Full completion of the complex is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2022. The two 28-story residential buildings, Sobha Creek Vistas Building A and Sobha Creek Vistas Building B, are located near the waterway and feature one- and two-bedroom apartments. All residences have panoramic windows and are equipped with a fitted kitchen, bathroom and built-in closet.
