The One is a 40-storey residential complex located in District 14, a sub-community of Jumeirah Village Circle. Commissioned in November 2021, the project was developed by the First Group, and the architectural design was implemented by Norr Group Consultants International Ltd. The main construction work was carried out by China Railway 18th Bureau Group. The development won two awards, one of which was ‘Hotel of the Future’ for its unique design. There are a total of 496 residential units, including studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments. Properties are managed by Wyndham Hotel Group, an international hotel operator.
