Maimoon Gardens is a residential development located in Jumeirah Village Circle, District 11, Dubai. The development is currently under construction. It will consist of two buildings: Maimoon Gardens Building 1 and Maimoon Gardens Building 2. The project is being developed by Hamid Properties Ltd. and Fakhruddin Properties. The architectural design is being implemented by the National Engineering Bureau. Construction of the complex started in the fourth quarter of 2022, and it is expected to be commissioned in 2025. Properties include studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments that have bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and balconies.
