Developed by Emaar Properties, Nara is a residential community that will be part of The Valley ecological project. The development launched in 2019 and is scheduled for completion in late 2024.

Nara offers townhouses with three and four-bedroom layouts. The community features four two-story residential buildings with slight differences in floor plans. Properties range in size from 173 sq. m (1,866 sq. ft) to 208 sq. m (2,249 sq. ft). The first floor features a living room with terrace access, a dining area, an open kitchen, and a maid’s room. The community has a high density of residential buildings, and parking is available near each townhouse. Nara has three architectural styles for its residential buildings, and all of them are united by laconic design, geometric proportions, and white facades. Location

Nara is located in The Valley, a community located between E66 (Dubai Al-Ain) and E77 (Jebel Ali-Lehbab).

The neighbourhood offers a well-developed infrastructure. Residents of the townhouses will have access to a variety of onsite amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and landscaped walking paths. According to the master plan, a 32,000 sq. m. (344,000 sq. ft.) public area will be created in the centre of the community. There will be retail stores, a farmer’s market with organic products, cafés, and restaurants. The area will also feature a 10,000 sq. m. (107,000 sq. ft.) children’s play area called Kids Dale.

The community is focused on providing its residents with plenty of outdoor activities. There will be a 20,000 sq. m (215,000 sq. ft) recreation area set aside for sports. Residents will be able to work out using outdoor fitness equipment, and there will be paths for jogging and cycling. The community’s parks are located around the residential buildings and infrastructure facilities.

The area has plans to open a school and kindergarten. In the meantime, the nearest education provider is GEMS Winchester, which is located within a 25-minute drive of the community. They use an English curriculum.

Downtown Dubai is located within a 42-minute drive of the community, and the Dubai International Airport (DXB) is reachable within a 33-minute drive.
