Index Tower (One Central Park) is a residential complex located on Sheikh Zayed Road near Emirates Towers and the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Completed in June 2020, the project features five high-rise office buildings and two hotels: ibis One Central Hotel and Accor Hotels Dubai One Central. Each unit meets all of the modern building regulations and office requirements, including international Class A standards, LEED Gold certification, and RICS standards. Index Tower has 400 different residential units, including studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom penthouses.
