Churchill Executive is a modern mixed-use complex located in the Business Bay business district. The project was developed by Emirates National Investments. The construction was completed in 2009.

The complex consists of the residential tower Churchill Residence with a height of 59 floors and a 43-storey office building, Churchill Executive.

The Churchill Residence offers exclusive apartments with 1, 2, 3 bedrooms, as well as penthouses with modern design and finishings. In total there are 618 residential units. The Churchill Executive building houses commercial space and offices for rent and purchase. There are views of Dubai Water Canal and The Burj Khalifa
