What you’ll do:

• Identify and attract top-performing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for back office roles, ensuring alignment with our company values and growth expectations.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand team dynamics, company goals, and hiring needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in recruiting for Back Office roles (marketing, IT, finance, operations etc.), preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish connections within the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the company’s values and opportunities to potential candidates.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
