Job Overview:

A detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills with a particular emphasis on HR reporting and analysis. This role will also involve ensuring that the HRMS is consistently updated, issuing employment-related letters, and supporting employee orientation.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Generate regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover rates, absenteeism, employee demographics, and other key HR metrics.
  • Conduct analysis on HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, providing actionable insights to HR leadership.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop dashboards and visualizations that highlight key HR metrics and support strategic decision-making.
  • Administer surveys and employee activities
  • Issue employment-related letters and support the HR team with ongoing employee documentation, including maintaining up-to-date personnel files.
  • Coordinate the logistics for new employee orientation sessions, including scheduling meeting with key stakeholders, materials preparation, and buddy system administration.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their initial weeks, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain and organize both electronic and paper HR files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports to government agencies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Proven experience in HR reporting and data analysis is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management, reporting, and analysis.
