Near Park View is the Saadiyat New York University 1/Laffan St. bus stop. A private car or cab takes you 5 minutes from Park View to Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed St., which connects Saadiyat Island with the Al Mina and Al Jubail Island areas.
Park View is a 10-minute drive from the public beach and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club and a half-hour drive from Abu Dhabi International Airport and the Capital Centre business district.
