Zawaya is a seven-storey residential complex located in Motor City, Dubailand. The development is currently under construction and was launched in 2018. The project is being developed by Union Properties, and the architectural design is being implemented by AK Design. The main construction work is being carried out by China State Construction Engineering Corporation.
