This month's selection highlights six recently launched or released residential projects in Dubai and Sharjah. The projects range from apartments starting at AED 660K to four-bedroom villas priced from AED 3.99M, with handovers scheduled between Q3 2026 and Q3 2029.
Sky Line
Sky Line is a mixed-use tower with 31 storeys at the entrance to Dubai Land Residence Complex, developed by Peace Homes. The residential floors contain 468 apartments: 348 studios, 96 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom units. Every residence includes a private balcony jacuzzi, including the studios.
More than 20 amenities are planned on the rooftop, including an infinity pool positioned 100 metres above ground, floating cabanas, a padel court, a salt room and an open-air cinema.
Peace Lagoons I & II
Peace Lagoons I & II is a residential development built around a crystal-blue lagoon with a waterfall and sandy beach. Developed by Peace Homes, the project also includes a shopping mall covering 30,000 sq ft, an underwater Aqua Gym and a rooftop cinema.
The residential collection includes studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with selected layouts offering private balcony pools or maid's rooms. The project is being delivered in two phases, with Phase I scheduled for Q2 2027 and Phase II for Q1 2029.
The Archive
The Archive by Imtiaz replaces the conventional hotel-style lobby with a two-storey library containing around 10,000 books and a spiral staircase. Reading areas continue throughout the building, including sound-insulated Writer's Rooms and a rooftop Reading Salon with a fireplace.
The project offers studios to three-bedroom apartments, alongside a ground-floor garden, mini golf course and separate rooftop pools for adults and children.
Natuzzi Harmony Residences
Natuzzi Harmony Residences is a low-rise development on Dubai Islands by Peace Homes in collaboration with Natuzzi Italia. The collection comprises 40 residences, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to duplex penthouses. Every unit is delivered fully furnished by Natuzzi and features a private pool on its balcony.
The interiors use an Apulia-inspired design with floor-to-ceiling glazing and an ensuite bathroom for every bedroom.
The Willows
The Willows is a new collection of four-bedroom garden villas within Sobha Sanctuary. The master community is planned for around 20,000 families, with approximately half of its area dedicated to open green space. This includes a district park covering 800,000 sq ft and a wellness loop measuring more than 9 km.
The new villas range from approximately 2,459 to 3,430 sq ft, with plots reaching 2,888 sq ft. Larger layouts include a maid's room and first-floor living room.
Azizi Florence
Azizi Florence is a master community covering 30 million sq ft in Sharjah's Um Fanain district, next to Sharjah Sustainable City. The six-cluster masterplan will contain 10,702 homes, including apartments, townhouses and villas, making it Azizi's largest low-rise community to date.
Around a quarter of the site is allocated to landscaped areas, centred on a park covering 1.6 million sq ft, with six pocket parks and an 11.5 km jogging track. The villa collection includes 214 six-bedroom homes facing the central park, with private lifts and gas-connected kitchens.
Pricing, payment plan and handover have not yet been confirmed by the developer.
