Marina Tower is a 33-storey residential complex located on the waterfront of Dubai’s dynamic Dubai Marina district. The developer of the project, commissioned in 2006, was Emaar Properties, a well-known construction company in the UAE, and the architectural consultants were Norr Group Consultants International Ltd and Dubarch. In 2013 the complex was purchased by Select Group.
There are 202 properties in Marina Tower: 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. The residences range in size from 7 sq. m (70 sq. ft). Apartments have built-in closets, equipped bathrooms and functional kitchen sets, and some of the secondary market units are sold furnished. Also, all residences have balconies and panoramic windows overlooking the canal, the marina and the skyscrapers of Dubai Marina. The minimum price for a 1-bedroom apartment is AED 1,175,000 (USD 320,000).
