Marina Diamond 2 is part of Marina Diamond, a residential complex consisting of six buildings. Its construction lasted from 2005 to 2007. The developer of the project was the famous company Diamond Developers.

Marina Diamond 2 is a 15-storey building, which presents more than 260 residential units, studios and apartments, fully equipped and ready to move into. The height of the residential complex reaches 61.5 meters.
