About project

Dragon Towers are the twin towers under construction in Dragon City, next to International City. The residential complex includes two freestanding buildings, Dragon City Tower 1 and Dragon City Tower 2. Their construction began in September 2018. They are expected to be commissioned in Q4 2021. The developer is Nakheel Properties. Ali Mousa & Sons is acting as the general contractor on the project.

The towers are planned to be 37 floors high. The project includes stylish 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments starting in size from 594 square feet. Each has spacious balconies and panoramic windows overlooking the skyline of modern Dubai.

The Dragon City complex offers the following amenities:

  • retail stores on the lower floors of the towers;
  • covered parking spaces for residents and guests;

  • a restaurant and cafe;
  • a children’s pool;

  • a gym.

The project includes 1140 residential units. Their price starts at AED 449,000 (USD 122,000).

The Dragon Towers residential complex is located in the Dragon City neighborhood, 10 minutes drive from Ras Al Khor industrial area and International City. Dragon Mart is just 15 minutes away by foot and features a variety of stores, a supermarket, an entertainment zone and a food court.
