Socio Towers

Socio Towers is a project under development in the future city of Mohammed Bin Rashid. The residential towers are being built by Emaar Properties. They will become part of the Dubai Hills Estate community. As of August 2021 the main buildings had been  erected. Buildings of different heights are sustained in this design in ta uniform architectural shape. One of the towers is directed upwards, it consists of 18 floors. The project includes separately standing multi-storey buildings and twin towers. In front of the buildings is a complex with social amenities.

In Socio Towers you can buy apartments with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. The objects are equipped with balconies. The internal layout involves built-in closets and dining areas of an open type.
