About the project
Golf Suites is a high-rise residential building located in Dubai Hills Estate, Mohammed Bin Rashid City. It consists of 19 floors and contains 57 apartments, namely:
- 17 one-bedroom apartments with a size of 708 – 935 sq. ft.;
- 26 two-bedroom apartments with a size of 1,111-1,347 sq. ft.;
- 14 apartments with a size of 1,687-1,711 sq. ft.
The project began in November 2018 and will be completed in July 2021. The developer is the well-known company, Emaar Properties.

- The nearest major shopping malls, Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mall, are a 15-minute drive away;
- to the famous five-star hotel Burj Al Arab it takes only 15 minutes;
