Golf Place ̶is a complex consisting of luxury villas by developer Emaar Properties. The complex is currently under construction. The project was launched in January 2018. It is scheduled to be completed in 2021. It is part of the Dubai Hills Estate community. According to the master plan, four-, five- and six-bedroom villas will be built here. We expect to put a total of 351 properties from this complex up for sale. Each villa will have a private garden, recreation room, garage, spacious balcony, large living room and study. Most of the villas will have a view of the golf course.
