It is scheduled to be completed in 2021. It is part of the Dubai Hills Estate community. According to the master plan, four-, five- and six-bedroom villas will be built here. We expect to put a total of 351 properties from this complex up for sale. Each villa will have a private garden, recreation room, garage, spacious balcony, large living room and study. Most of the villas will have a view of the golf course.
