The complex was scheduled to be completed in 2020, but due to the pandemic, the deadline was pushed back to late 2021. The developer is Emaar Properties. There are a total of 150 three- and four-bedroom villas in the complex. Of these, 144 are attached and six are detached. The properties are available in five different architectural styles: Art Nouveau, International, Minimalist, Cubist and Modern.
