About Development
Surf Creek Beach is a modern high-rise apartment complex located in Dubai Creek Harbour. It was the last of 6 residential towers on the west shore of Creek Beach. The complex consists of two buildings at 7 and 9 stories. Creek Beach Surf is built on the waterfront of the Sea Canal, offering panoramic views of the Creek Canal, the beach area and the Dubai Creek Tower.
Work on the development began in June 2019, with completion scheduled for October 2022. It is being developed by Emaar Properties, the largest developer in the Middle East.
Surf at Creek Beach includes apartments and 1-3-bedroom penthouses ranging in size from 689 to 1,345.5 square feet. Each unit features a balcony and large floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows.

Location
Surf Creek Beach is located in the lively tourist area of Dubai Creek Harbour, next to the 5-star hotel Address Vida Creek Beach and the famous Dubai Creek Tower. For the residents of the complex a300 meter beach with entertainment is available. The Creek Marina Yacht Club is within walking distance.
Residents of the community have access to the highway Ras Al Khor Road. Thanks to this, it takes only 15 minutes to get from the complex to Dubai International Airport and 45 minutes to Al Maktoum Airport.
Major shopping centers such as Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mall are within 15-30 minutes drive from the residential complex.
The Jameel Arts Centre and Ras Al Khor wildlife park, home to the famous pink flamingos, are a 20-minute drive away.
