17 Icon Bay is a 41-story skyscraper located in Dubai’s new Creek Island neighborhood, Dubai Creek Harbour, The Lagoons. The developer of the residential complex, the construction of which began in 2017, is Emaar Properties, a well-known company in the UAE.
