The Address Downtown Hotel was Emaar Properties’ debut work in the hotel sector. Prior to that, the firm was mainly involved in commercial and residential real estate.
Located in Dubai’s Downtown district, it is an Art Deco-style building approximately 306m (1,005 ft) high. The elite five-star hotel complex offers its guests a choice of 196 hotel rooms and 626 serviced apartments.
There is a fully-equipped gym, spa, children’s club and a large parking area on site. The safety of the guests is provided by round-the-clock security, as well as high-tech surveillance systems.
It is possible to stay in the hotel for a short period, rent or buy apartments. In total, there are five types of premises: studios, apartments with 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms.

The Address Downtown Hotel is located in the center of Dubai. The rooms have a delightful view of the main attractions of the city.
The local transport network is well-developed, so getting to other parts of the city is not difficult. There are metro stations and bus stops nearby. Moving around the city one can take a cab or a private car. The Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) is nearby and from hereAbu Dhabi is only a 1.5 hour drive away. The Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar are both within easy reach.
Around the hotel itself there are many upmarket restaurants such as Texas Roadhouse, Al Hallab Restaurant and Sweets, and Sargon Dubai. There are supermarkets and grocery stores within walking distance.
