East & West Group is a UAE conglomerate active in real estate since 1993, with projects across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain and Sharjah. Its developments include the Dusit Thani complex in Abu Dhabi and branded residences in Dubai such as Rixos Financial Centre Road Residences and 25hours Heimat.

SRG Holding is a private Dubai family group with roots dating to 1958, when founder Abdulsalam AlRafi began trading in the Deira souq; the group entered real estate in the early 1970s.
