About the developer
Palma Holding is a developer specializing in the construction of luxury real estate. The company was founded back in 1998 and is among the oldest and most respected developers in Dubai.
The co-founder and director of Palma Holding Properties is Kareem Derbas. Mr. Rauf Derbas is the other main co-founder.
The company is actively involved in charitable activities in the field of medicine and education. Financing the construction of schools in Lebanon, organizing blood drives, charity marathons and the distribution of gifts during Ramadan are some of their charitable initiatives.
The developer has completed many innovative and successful projects. For example, Silverene Towers in Dubai Marina and Infinity Cayan Tower, these projects bring in multimillion-dollar profits every year.
In 2018, Palma Holding realized its aspiration to build Serenia Residences. It is a premium residential complex in Palm Jumeirah. It contains apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and penthouses. Property prices start from AED 1,750,000.

Silverene Towers
This is a waterfront residential tower located in the Dubai Marina district. Silverene Towers is a project by one of today’s most popular contemporary architects, Hazel Wong.
