Launched in 1998, Meilenstein is a German-based residential and commercial construction company. It has regional offices in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. Javad Mirwais is the founder and head of the Dubai office, and he created Meilenstein Developments in 2018.
Meilenstein is distinguished for its unique developments. Since it is a German company, it is not tied to local traditions, and projects are developed using a German approach to construction. The company’s mission is to bring new architectural styles to the real estate market and its strong sales department works with foreign buyers to achieve high return rates for property in Freehold areas. In the first year, it raised more than AED 2 billion (USD 544.5 million) for project development. Meilenstein has established itself as a responsible developer with precise planning at every stage.
The company plans to build an island with a shopping centre, and an expansion to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain has been announced. Meilenstein focuses on building high-quality units with stylish interiors.

The developer’s portfolio currently includes the following two well-known residential projects in Dubai.
STUDIO 101 is a nine-storey Art Nouveau apartment complex in Dubai Studio City. It is the developer’s flagship project, which launched in 2018. The two lower floors feature retail stores, restaurants, and a fitness centre. Residents can enjoy a courtyard with lush greenery and outdoor lounge areas within the complex. The building houses 118 properties, including studios and apartments with one- and two-bedroom layouts. Properties have spacious balconies, Italian plumbing, built-in appliances, and heated floors. The average price of a studio is AED 450,000 (USD 122,517).

JMA Furjan is an apartment complex in the Al Furjan district. The façade of the property includes elements of a vertical garden, and the courtyard consists of green areas and swimming pools. Units offer floor plans with one- to three-bedroom layouts, and the complex provides underground parking. Apartments range in size from 111 sq. m (1,200 sq. ft) to 169 sq. m (1,820 sq. ft), and the starting price of a unit is AED 580,000 (USD 157,910).
