Bin Shafar Holding is an established Dubai holding company, with contracting roots dating to 2003 and property development among its activities.

Fakhruddin Properties is a Dubai developer founded in 2003, part of a family enterprise dating to 1963, known for sustainability- and technology-led residences with wellness and smart-home features. Its projects include Maimoon Gardens and the Treppan Living series in JVC.

Abu Dhabi-based developer launched in 2025 (building on a 2010 foundation) under the ADX-listed Emirates Stallions Group. Projects include Elie Saab and Radisson-branded residences on Al Reem and Yas Islands.

Saba Properties is a private Dubai developer founded in 2003, specialising in Jumeirah Lake Towers, where it built the Saba Tower series and, more recently, branded residences.

Escan is an Abu Dhabi-based investment and development group, best known in Dubai for the Escan Marina Tower in Dubai Marina. On that project it acted partly as an acquirer of a development originally launched by another company. We could not verify a founding year, so we are not stating one here.

Mered is an internationally-owned developer that entered the Dubai market in 2023, headquartered in Dubai Internet City, with a track record of dozens of projects across Eastern Europe and the USA. Its flagship is ICONIC Tower, a Pininfarina-designed landmark in Dubai Internet City.

Richmind is the real estate arm of Richmind Holding, which entered the UAE market in 2025 with a flagship on Al Marjan Island designed with Zaha Hadid Architects. We are noting UAE activity from 2025 rather than a single founding year. Its focus is Ras Al Khaimah.

GRID Properties is a boutique developer established in 2019, led by Shreen R. Gupta, with projects in Dubai and internationally. Its Dubai developments include Casa Serene in Sobha Hartland, an Elie Saab-branded residence and Sunvale in Al Furjan.

Devmark is a Dubai-based real estate development sales and marketing consultancy, founded in 2018. It is not a principal developer - it advises and represents developers on strategy, sales and marketing, and has worked on projects across the UAE. In late 2025 it became majority-owned by GFH Partners.
