GRID Properties is a boutique developer established in 2019, led by Shreen R. Gupta, with projects in Dubai and internationally. Its Dubai developments include Casa Serene in Sobha Hartland, an Elie Saab-branded residence and Sunvale in Al Furjan.

Richmind is the real estate arm of Richmind Holding, which entered the UAE market in 2025 with a flagship on Al Marjan Island designed with Zaha Hadid Architects. We are noting UAE activity from 2025 rather than a single founding year. Its focus is Ras Al Khaimah.

UAE joint venture established in 1994 between Qatar’s Al Mana Group and Saudi Arabia’s Al Sharq Group. Flagship completion is the ultra-luxury W Residences / The Alef Residences on Palm Jumeirah.

MAAM Group is a diversified Abu Dhabi group established in 2005, combining development with property and facilities management. Its projects are concentrated on Al Reem Island and along the Abu Dhabi corniche, including Leaf Tower and the MAAM Residences series. Its focus is Abu Dhabi rather than Dubai.

Lacasa Living is the real estate development arm of LACASA, an established architecture and engineering firm, launched in 2024. Its first projects are on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, with a pipeline across the UAE and Qatar.

Escan is an Abu Dhabi-based investment and development group, best known in Dubai for the Escan Marina Tower in Dubai Marina. On that project it acted partly as an acquirer of a development originally launched by another company. We could not verify a founding year, so we are not stating one here.

ME DO RE Properties is a Dubai developer behind the Me Do Re residential tower in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, completed around 2023-2024.

Hyper-luxury Dubai developer founded in 2021 by Paulin Tomov. Flagship project is The Rings, a Foster + Partners-designed residential community on the Dubai Water Canal.

LEOS Developments is a British-origin developer, now headquartered in Dubai, known for wellness-led, British-designed affordable-luxury communities in Dubailand, JVC and Meydan. Its projects include Weybridge Gardens, Hadley Heights and Cavendish Square.
