Marina Bay is a modern, 25-storey, mixed-use development in the Najmat community of Abu Dhabi, on Al Reem Island. It is a coastal building overlooking the canal. The complex is located on the eastern part of the island, which allows for a 30-minute drive to the centre of the emirate and other areas of the city.
The project was implemented by the developer DAMAC Properties. Completion of construction took place in 2018.
More than 350 properties are available to potential buyers in Marina Bay, which are represented by apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, as well as townhouses. Al Reem Island has well-developed infrastructure; there are many residential and commercial properties, as well as schools, hotels, parks, etc. In addition to infrastructure facilities , the island offers a resort-like lifestyle. Location
Al Reem Island is connected to the mainland of Abu Dhabi by two bridges. One of them provides transport links directly to the urban areas, the second to Al Maryah Island. Thanks to the bridges, the drive to the attractions and business centres of the emirate takes no more than half an hour.
There are several bus stops within walking distance of Marina Bay. T Approximate driving times to some key destinations are as follows:
- Reem Central Park – 10 minutes;
- Shams Boutik Mall and Galleria Mall – 15 minutes;
- Mangrove National Park, Sheikh Zayed Mosque and Louvre Abu Dhabi – 20 minutes;
- Abu Dhabi International Airport and Saadiyat Island’s Cultural Center – 30 minutes.
