The Orchids is the final phase of Yas Acres, a golf-course neighbourhood by Aldar that residents first moved into back in 2020. There are just 217 townhouses and villas here, and no more homes will be built in the area. Buyers get a home in an established setting, where all the infrastructure is up and running and the trees and gardens have grown in. All of this supports the value of the completed phases on the secondary market. According to Cavendish Maxwell, villa prices on Yas Island rose by around 17% in 2025.
