Muraba Properties is a property development company that was founded in 2014. The company is responsible for Muraba Residences, which is located on the famous Palm Jumeirah artificial island. The residential complex was designed by architectural consultants Rice Perry Ellis and RCR Arquitectes. The latter was the winner of the 2017 Pritzker Prize.
Completed in 2017, Muraba Residences is situated at the eastern end of the Palm Crescent. It has 46 apartments and four townhouses. The total value of properties has reached AED 300,000,000 (USD 81,677,000).
Muraba Properties aims to pay special attention to interior design, layouts, and space functionality.
Muraba Properties is led by the firm’s founder Ebrahim Al Ghurair. Prior to Muraba Properties, Ebrahim Al Ghurair was with Al-Ghurair Properties.
Muraba Residences features apartments and penthouses with custom designs. Units feature luxurious, hand-crafted design elements and artisanal interiors of the highest quality.
Residences offer floor-to-ceiling windows with state-of-the-art louvre glazing, which prevents visibility from the outside while providing stunning views of the city, the Persian Gulf, and the Burj Al Arab Hotel. Residents can see out, but outsiders cannot see in. Panoramic windows were installed in every room to maximise natural light.
The property consists of a ten-storey building, which includes apartments and penthouses featuring floor plans with two to five bedrooms. Apartments range in size from 1,750 sq. ft. (161 sq. m.) to 1,951 sq. ft. (181 sq. m.), and a penthouse covers an area of 4,800 sq. ft. (446 sq. m.). Units range in price from AED 5,000,000 (USD 1,361,000) to AED 23,954,000 (USD 6,522,000).
