About the project

Aykon City is a premium residential complex consisting of two sub-communities Aykon City East and Aykon City West. The project is located on Dubai’s central highway Sheikh Zayed Road in the Business Bay district. The project was designed by ACASA Architects & Engineering Consultants and implemented by DAMAC Properties.

Aykon City East consists of four towers (Tower A, Tower B, Tower C, Tower D) located in the eastern part of Aykon City. Construction began in the summer of 2016 and was completed by the end of 2021.

The towers are connected by the Aykon Plaza platform, which offers a view of the Aykon Dare tourist attraction. Aykon City East has a large swimming pool, a luxury spa, a beach club, cafes, restaurants, outdoor areas for yoga and Tai-Chi.

Aykon City West consists of two towers (Tower 1 and Tower 2) located in the western part of Aykon City:

  1. Tower 1 is the 34-story Damac Hotel, completed in 2020.
  2. Tower 2 is a 30-storey residential complex with luxury apartments (with one, two and three bedrooms).

The territory of Aykon City is monitored by a private security company around the clock.

The real estate in Aykon City consists of hotel apartments, private residences and office space. The towers offer great views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Safa Park and Dubai Canal.

Currently available for purchase are studios and apartments with 1-3 bedrooms. Property sizes range from 40 sqm to 153 sqm, with prices starting from AED 796,000 (USD 217,000).


Community Aykon City is located in the area of Business Bay, next to the picturesque Safa Park.
