The Oasis is located in Dubailand along Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54), providing direct access to several of Dubai’s major road networks. A planned extension of Al Khail Road (E44) is expected to further improve connectivity, offering an additional route towards Downtown Dubai and other key destinations across the city.

The Oasis was launched in June 2023 as one of Emaar’s largest residential master-planned communities. In February 2024, the developer announced a significant expansion that increased the project’s estimated value to around AED 73 billion. Palmiera Collective introduced a limited collection of 38 waterfront four-bedroom villas, while Palace Villas – Ostra added a new ultra-luxury villa neighbourhood overlooking the lagoons.
