Harbour Gate Towers is a premium residential development in Dubai Creek Harbour. Construction on the project started in 2017. Its commission is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021. The developer of the project is one of the most famous Arab developers, Emaar Properties.

The complex consists of two stepped towers with 37 floors each. There are 120 properties comprising 1 to 3-bedroom apartments, of 678 to 1648 square feet. Properties are priced from AED 1,537,888 (USD 419,000).

Harbour Gate Towers is located in the up-and-coming Dubai Creek Harbour tourist area. This area is well suited to the needs of car owners – there is plenty of parking, and access to the major highways Ras Al Rhor Road, Al Ain Road and Nad Al Hamar Road. But public transport is not yet very well developed – there are no direct routes connecting Creek Harbour to the rest of the emirate.
