    Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah is an elite hotel complex that includes 247 rooms and suites, 1-4-bedroom apartments and private residences “Viceroy Residences”. The hotel building overlooks business district of Dubai, the Persian Gulf and the marina.

    About Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah

    Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah stands at the very base of the trunk of the Palm. Sixteen floors of the building house 247 rooms and suites, apartments with 1-4 bedrooms and private residences “Viceroy Residences”. The units share an unobstructed view to the city skyline extended from Dubai Marina to Burj Khalifa.

    The project was developed by Sky Holdings in 2013-2017, and involved USD 1bn (AED 3.67bn) investment. Initially the hotel was managed by California-based group Viceroy Hotel and Resorts, half-owned by Mubadala, an Abu Dhabi strategic investing company. Mubadala acquired remaining 50% stake of Viceroy Hotel Group in 2017 and appointed new management team for Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah 10 days after an official open-up. Now the project is operated under Five Palm Jumeirah brand.


    Glitzing facades and impressive design of the building inspired by Roman amphitheaters find echo in clear lines of the interiors and natural materials such as marble, granite and hardwood. Modern furniture and rich fabrics contrast with bathrooms decorated with Greek and Italian marble, with hand-made mosaic tiles, and stand-alone bronze tubs with artful sculpture. Guests enter Viceroy through a glass cube 49.2 sq.ft. x 49.2 sq.ft., housing an astonishing double helix wooden installation.

    All rooms, suites and residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows introducing to a balcony or a terrace.

    Hotel complex offers an array of dinning options, including 10 restaurants, cafes and bars. Just to name a few: Quattro Passi serves Italian cuisine, BLVD On One sticks to multi-national cuisine and Vista Ballroom is designed for celebrations.

    The Hotel is significant in size (GFA 8611.13 sq.ft.) and features 14 SPA rooms, a library, a lounge zone, and a pool. The residents and guests may chill at sundrenched decks of the central pool 180 ft long or go to private beach stretched for 656 ft. Along with that, Viceroy houses gym, tennis court, pool for kids and other amenities.

    Residents will have access to a conference room with a capacity of 400 persons and fully-equipped rooms for meetings and negotiations.

    Families with little children avail of babysitting service and also welcomed to visit kids’ club, where educational, entertaining and magic shows are conducted.


    Five Palm Jumeirah residences (formerly known as Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah) are priced from AED 13,500,000; USD 3,700,000.

    Total living area varies from 4.101,05 sq. ft. to 14.187 sq. ft.

    Worthy to note, that major portion of units (around 95%) was completely sold out by the developer during the first project launch.

    • Hotel complex is located within 10-minute drive from Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Sufouh 2.
    • It takes 10 minutes (5,1 km) to get to the nearest metro station Palm Jumeirah Metro.
    • Monorail station is in 15-20-minute drive.
    • Dubai International Airport can be reached within 30 minutes by car, Al Maktoum Airport – about 40 minutes.
