Stella Maris Tower is a 53-storey residential building under construction in the Dubai Marina. The building offers a wide range of properties for sale overlooking the harbour and the Persian Gulf. Upon completion, the building will host 313 residential units, including 1-3 bedroom apartments, 4-bedroom duplexes, penthouses and podium townhouses.
The construction of Stella Maris Tower in the Dubai Marina was started in 2015 by Scope Investment, and under the management of Mace. The tower will consist of 313 units located on 53 floors, which include apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, 4-bedroom duplexes, townhouses and penthouses. Townhouses and penthouses will have their own terraces and pools, and penthouses will have private cinemas. As for the sub-structure of the building, it consists of six basement floors intended for parking. It is also worth noting that Stella Maris will become the tallest building in the district.
Stella Maris Tower is located near the yacht marina and includes retail trade, restaurants, bars and cafes, recreation center, lounge area, swimming pool and other facilities.
The price for apartments in Stella Maris Tower starts from AED 1 200 000 (USD 327 000).
Apartments’ sizes range from 979 sq. ft to 5295 sq. ft.
As of June 2020, 25% of the development has been completed. The handover is scheduled for Q1 2022.
Stella Maris provides quick access to the main highway Sheikh Zayed Road. Tram stations, bus stops, as well as Marina Side and DMCC metro stations, are a 10-minute walk away.
Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum Airport are located within 30-minute drive.
