    Falcon Island is an exclusive project of Al Hamra Real Estate. The complex is located on a closed island in the natural lagoon of the Persian Gulf. It is 70 km from Dubai.

    The island area is 441 000 000 sq. ft. It is designed for a large number of sub-projects, such as residential villas, luxury hotel apartments, theme parks, shopping centers, business centers, and lots of leisure and entertainment facilities.

    Falcon Island is a very prospective commercial project. Besides the investment property, businessmen can invest their funds to develop their own enterprises on the island, including retail, hospitality, education, healthcare, etc.

    Under Eastern Residence project, investors can purchase not only villas but also vacant land plots for development. Land owners can design and build property of any purpose on their plots, from residential buildings, to business and shopping centers or educational facilities.

    Legally all the plots belong to Falconcity, which is the master developer. It allows investors of any nationality to buy and sell land.
