About the project
Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club is located in the heart of Dubailand. The mission of the project is to create a living space for equestrian enthusiasts. The project was developed by British architects WS Atkins & Partners and realised by Al Habtoor Group.
The area’s four polo fields were built in 2015 with 520 stables added the following year. In 2017, construction began on the residential complex, which now covers an area of 5574,718 sq. m (6,000,000 sq. ft). A 5-star Andalusian-style hotel within the complex serves as the centrepiece of the project’s architectural design. It includes 136 deluxe rooms and an executive suite overlooking the fields.
Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club has 138 villas and 24 bungalows. Villas offer floor plans featuring three, four, and five bedrooms. Units range in size from 241 sq. m (2,600 sq. ft) to 498 sq. m (5370 sq. ft), and the minimum rental price is AED 165,000 (USD 44,921) per year. Units have designer Italian kitchens, outdoor terraces, and staff rooms. Residents have access to the property’s outdoor dining areas, temperature-controlled pools, and barbecue areas.

Location
Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club is part of the Middle East’s largest entertainment project, Dubailand. Each community is dedicated to a specific theme, and Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club is firmly tied to equestrianism. Villa residents and hotel guests have access to the polo club, riding school, and polo academy. Many visitors come to the resort specifically to play polo or to watch world-class championships.
The community has an accompanying entertainment complex, which includes five restaurants, a café, the Elixir Spa, and a gym. Residents have access to a mini-golf course, desert rides, and a pony club for children. The complex includes a pool area with a bar and table service, as well as professional coaches available to give lessons in tennis, basketball, and archery. All facilities are set against a nature-inspired backdrop surrounded by landscaped gardens and lawns.
The E611 freeway is a 5-minute drive from the complex, and downtown Dubai is located within a 15-minute drive.

Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club has a return on investment rate for its villas that can reach 5.43%. Dubailand hosts many themed events, including the Dubai Gold Cup, which creates a high demand for rental units in the area. Many of the property’s villas are frequently reserved for weddings, business meetings, and team-building retreats.
