Noora Tower is a high-end residential complex on the banks of Dubai Creek in the central Business Bay district of Dubai. The 74-storey skyscraper, completed in 2019, is part of the large Al Habtoor City complex and is located near the main street of Sheikh Zayed Road. The developer of the complex is the well-known UAE company, Al Habtoor Group, and the design and architecture were designed by WS Atkins & Partners.
